About our Mushrooms

We grow our edible and medicinal mushrooms on tree logs harvested locally using a myriad of ancestral techniques. We pride ourselves on growing with nature by using local and carefully harvested substrates. We also work with farmers across the region to recycle their otherwise farm waste materials to turn them into food and medicine. All of our mushroom-based products are based on a no-waste circular system that ensures that every part of the mushrooms and mycelium are used.

We are true natural-food lovers! Our food products are a wonderful blend of food grown directly on our farm, our property edge (food forest), and wild foraging in and around our property.

Our Food Forest is a tree farm that restores and conserves the amazing local plants of South Carolina. We interplant with old-growth & understory trees, local vines, berries, flowers & more.

We proudly harvest wild-foraged plants growing right here in South Carolina from forests and local farms.
